NFL Backup or UFL Legend

This week has been a big week in the UFL (The XFL/USFL merged league).
In a Spring League it will always be judged on Quarterback play. Last year the XFL had AJ McCarron, Jordan Ta'amu, Ben DiNucci, and spring football legend Luis Perez as their top QBs. The USFL had Packers backup Alex McGough and Case Cookus. Now with the merged league should strengthen the teams.
It was announced this week that AJ McCarron will be back in 2024 and Matt Corral at one point a projected 1st Round pick will be joining the league. Corral has a lot of talent but was never given a legit chance in the NFL after injuries in 2022 and stepping away for personal reasons in 2023. More QBs should be like Corral and get an opportunity to just play.
In the NFL this year it was the year of the backup QBs with more QBs than ever getting a start in 2023 than any other year. QBs that are on practice squads should consider what AJ McCarron did by asking his team to release him to play in the UFL.

I love the Quarterback position and know way too many QBs in college football so here are some guys I would love to see in the UFL.
Feleipe Franks (Arkansas/Falcons): Franks was Arthur Smith's favorite project while coaching the Falcons. He wanted Franks to be his Taysom Hill so badly. Franks was up and down at Florida but at Arkansas he was pretty good and I would like to see him get a chance at QB in the UFL.
Trace McSorely (Penn State): McSorely has not only one of the best college football songs of all time he also has some real skills. McSorely would be a fan favorite in the league and would draw in a lot of Penn State fans which if you want a cult like fan base this is your best bet.
Kellen Mond (Texas A&M): Mond's draft stock went crazy after the Senior Bowl and that really didn't help him because the expectations for Mond were way too high. He still is pretty good he just needs some playing time. The UFL would be perfect for Mond.
Obviously for people to watch consistently we would need some unrealistic names so here are some unrealistic names.

Mitch Trubisky (UNC/Bears): Trubisky is going to be a career backup for the rest of his NFL career. So Trubisky can be an NFL backup the rest of his career or the Tom Brady of the UFL. Trubisky probably will never do it but just think about what it would be like if Trubisky was a 3 time MVP and 5 time champion in the UFL. Obviously if he stinks in the UFL it would make the Bears pick of Trubisky over Mahomes somehow be worse than what it already is.
Tom Brady (Patriots/Buccaneers): Speak of the devil, he already became the GOAT in the NFL why not the UFL. That's basically it.
Brock Purdy (49ers): You might as well just jump to the UFL now because in a couple years that's where Purdy will be in a couple years. I mean the only way for Purdy to succeed would be if McCaffrey, Kittle, Aiyuk, Deebo, the Niners defense, and Kyle Shanahan comes with him.
I'm excited to see whoever are the QBs in the UFL. I already miss football and already want it back.
